A company that leases 520,000 square feet for 10 years can be expected to save approximately $3.6 million due to the LERTA program. A 10-year lease for 702,000 square feet will result in estimated savings of approximately $5 million.
This 520′ x 1000′ building features 69 cross-docked loading doors, 50′ x 50′ bay spacing with 60′ at the staging bays, 7″ reinforced concrete floors, and an ESFR wet pipe sprinkler system. The ceilings have 35′-8″ approximate clear structural height along the loading walls and 41′-6″ approximate clear structural height at the building ridge.
