Mericle’s in-house Property Management & Landscaping team maintains the company’s approximately 18 million+ square foot portfolio and is responsible for all preventative maintenance, repairs, and landscaping at 145-173 CenterPoint Boulevard. Property Management & Landscaping provides you with 24-hour on-call service and uses a fleet of radio dispatched vehicles that are completely equipped with all of the parts and tools we need to provide you with immediate assistance. Property Management & Landscaping also coordinates the installation and maintenance of green areas, including trees, plants, and decorative shrubberies at the building.
