Crestwood Industrial Park is located in the heart of one of the most densely populated areas in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Approximately 383,000 people live within 20 miles of the park and more than 745,000 people live within 30 miles. The park is close to Scranton and Wilkes-Barre and offers quick access to I-80, I-81, and I-476. As indicated below, Northeastern Pennsylvania\u2019s unemployment rate almost always runs higher than state and national averages.
