This new 147,000 square foot bulk industrial building in CenterPoint Commerce & Trade Park East in Pittston Township, Pennsylvania is currently under construction.

CenterPoint is just one mile from I-81 and I-476 and is located in a LERTA tax abatement zone.  Real estate taxes on improvements are 100% abated for 10 years on all buildings constructed in the park.

This 210′ x 700′ building features 20 single-side loading doors, 50′ x 50′ bay spacing with 60′ at the staging bays, 6″ reinforced concrete floors, and an ESFR wet pipe sprinkler system.  The ceilings have 32′-2″ approximate clear structural height along the loading dock wall.

The building is served by 179 vehicle spaces (expandable) and 58 trailer spaces with 8′ wide concrete dolly pad.

  • Dock Equipment: Twenty-eight (28) 9’-0” x 10’-0” vertical lift dock doors with vision kits by Haas Door or equal with 40,000 lb capacity mechanical levelers with bumpers by Rite-Hite or equal.
