Mericle’s in-house Property Management & Landscaping team maintains the company’s approximately 15 million square foot portfolio and will be responsible for all preventative maintenance, repairs, and landscaping at 350-390 North Pennsylvania Avenue. Property Management & Landscaping will provide you with 24-hour on-call service and uses a fleet of radio dispatched vehicles that are completely equipped with all of the parts and tools we need to provide you with immediate assistance. Property Management & Landscaping will also coordinate the installation and maintenance of green areas, including trees, plants, and decorative shrubberies at the building.
