Key features for the 702,000 SF include 35’4” to 41-6” ceiling heights, 100 (9′ x 10′) cross-dock loading doors, four (4) drive-in doors, a 14,000 SF main office space, which includes a 400+ person 5,150 SF break room flooded with natural light, and two 1,500 SF shipping and receiving offices.
The warehouse has energy-efficient LED fixtures and numerous clerestory windows add natural light. Utilities include ESFR fire protection, 4,000 Amp (expandable to 12,000 Amps – switchgear in hand), 480/277 Volt, 3-phase electrical service with a 1250 kW diesel generator providing warehouse emergency lighting power and full building standby power. Up to 1 million gallons of water per day can be supplied to a building tenant. The site offers parking for up to 777 vehicles and 236 trailers (expandable).
